BOOKING POLICY
Check-in, Check-out
The main condition of occupying the accomodation is to prove your identity to the staff in accordance with the requirements.
- The Guest may occupy the Accomodation from 14:00 to 17:00 on the given day.
- Upon previous agreement and availability, a late check-in is optional, which we can provide with a key safe.
- On the day of departure, the Guest obliged to leave the apartment until 10 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out is available, based on occupancy and previous agreement for a fee.
- Off season (09.01-06.14.):
- Early check-in: accomodation can be occupied from 8:00 on the given day - 5.000.- HUF/apartment/
- Late check-out: check out is possible until 16:00 on the given day - 5.000.- HUF/apartment
- Early check-in/Late check-out - deluxe apartment - 10.000.- HUF/apartment
- High season - studio apartments (06.15-08.31.):
- Early check-in
- Basic: accomodation can be occupied from 8:00 on the given day - 8.000.- HUF/apartment
- Light: accomodation can be occupied from 11:00 on the given day - 4.000.- HUF/apartment
- Late check-out
- Basic: check-out is possible until 18:00 on the given day - 10.000.- HUF/apartment
- Light: check-out is possible until 16:00 on the given day - 8.000.- HUF/apartment
- Extra light: check-out is possible until 13:00 on the given day - 4.000.- HUF/apartment
- Early check-in
- High season - deluxe apartment (06.15-08.31.):
- Basic - accomodation can be occupied from 8:00 on the given day - 12.000.- HUF/apartment
- Light - accomodation can be occupied from 11:00 on the given day - 8.000.- HUF/apartment
- Basic check-out is possible until 18:00 on the given day - 12.000.- HUF/apartment
- Light check-out is possible until 16:00 on the given day - 10.000.- HUF/apartment
- Extra light check-out is possible until 13:00 on the given day - 8.000.- HUF/apartment
- If the Guest does not leave the accomodation until 10 AM on the day of departure, and did not ask for a late check-out, the Accomodation may bill extra day fee, but they are not bound to provide accomodation any further.
- The operator of the Boró is entitled to check the quality of the apartments and the objects of use.
Discounts for children
- For any children, under the age of 3, the accomodation is free-of-charge, plus we can arrange travelling baby cot with baby bedding, baby bath, feeding chair, step stool, toilet-seat and plug protector upon previous agreement and availability.
- From the age of 3 - full price is payable.
Included in price
- We await our Guests with a clean set of bedding, towels and make-up towel. For longer stays - bedding and towels are changed every week
- As an apartment house, we do not guarantee daily cleaning - however if required, cleaning can be requested at a time convenient to the Guest - especially for longer stays (minimum 5 nights).
- In case of a short stay (maximum 4 nights) we charge 1.000.- Ft/occasion for cleaning
- Extra change of bedding: 1.000.- Ft/set/occasion
- Extra change of towels: 1.000.- Ft/set/occasion
- For our Guests, we provide free wireless internet and cableTV access. We cannot guarantee the services, the Accomodation is not responsible for any outages.
- Toiletries (vanity kit, shampoo & shower gel, body lotion, shoehorn, disinfectant wipe) are placed on arrival. We provide hairdryer in each apartment.
- 3in1 coffee or tea with a kettle are placed on arrival.
- We place Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. We provide coffee capsules for our Guests over 14 years (1pc/adult upon arrival).
- In our closed backyard, a summer house gives a friendly environment for a calm, relaxing time underneath the shade of the surrounding trees, right next to the fountain. In the summer house, a set of outdoor furniture, a cooking corner, and different leisurement tools ensure the relaxation. Using grill and fireplace is free of charge. Firewood: 1.200.- HUF/box. Skewer, cauldron can be requested at the reception. We do not provide charcoal and tray for grill, but their using is requirement.
- We guarantee camera-monitored free parking.
Bike Rental
- Well-equipped bikes are available for rent, the rental fee is 4.000.- HUF/piece/day. Please let us know in advance, if you need any bicycles.
Payment
- For finalizing the reservation, an advance payment is required, which is 30% of the total price, which can be done by bank transfer or prepayment by SZÉP card. After the transfer is completed, the Accomodation issues an advance invoice.
- The total bill will be reduced by the amount of advance paid by the Guest. The Guest must pay the remaining balance right before departure. The Guest will receive the total bill, along with the advance invoice, which is created when the Accomodation received the advance.
- If the full amount is paid, then only the tourist tax needs to be paid on site.
- For those who are included in 1 reservation, we can only create 1 total invoice. If another invoice is required, the Accomodation only create it for another reservation for the requester.
- At the Accomodation, we accept credit/debit cards (with POS terminal, Card Present transactions are acceptable), SZÉP card. We also accept cash (HUF only!), of which the Guest will get a HUF-based bill.
- In case of Credit/Debit Card/SZÉP card payment, the Accomodation is authorized to identify the card holder.
- The Tourist Tax – 500.- HUF/night/person – has to be paid on the spot, by either cash (HUF).
- If the Guest does not pay the total bill, the Accomodation is authorized to foreclose the personal valuables the Guest brought to the Accomodation.

Information for prepayment with SZÉP card
- OTP SZÉP card prepayment is available to registered cardholder after logging in the Administration/Advance payment menu item.
- K&H SZÉP card prepayment is availbale to registered cardholders after entry, which requires the identification number of the acceptance point. Please contact us!
- For MBH SZÉP prepayment, the Accomodation will need the card number, the cardholder's name and the sub-account. After that, the Accomodation will initiate a prepayment on the MBH SZÉP website, during which a permit number will be generated.
Accomodation Guarantee
- As it can be read on any accomodation websites, in case of overreservation - if the problem can be proven to be due to failure of the Accomodation, the Accomodation must ensure the Guest’s accomodation in the same, or a higher price-range. In that case, follow-up recompensation is not available, and the additional costs are on the Accomodation in every case.
Terms of cancellation & modification
- If the cancellation is received no later than 7 days prior to arrival, the advance is fully refunded (30% or 100%). Exception: Non-cancellable reservations.
- If the reservation paid (100%), we can provide 5% discount - the reservation cannot be cancelled, or modified.
- Confirmation of the reservation and advance payment - within 7 days before arrival - the advance will not be refunded (30%) - it can be used as an advance for bookings within 1 year.
- SZÉP card advance cannot be exchanged for cash or bank money.
- In case of non-arrival of a pre-arranged reservation - we guarantee the apartment until 10 AM the day after arrival, after that we can resold the aparment. The advance payment will not be refunded.
- If no advance payment has been made, Guest not arrive by 5 PM, contact is not possible - our service obligation ends up after 5 PM.
- It is possible to change the date of the reservation depending on occupancy - once without charge. After that, all modifications are 2.500.- HUF/occasion. If the modification affects a period with different pricing - the Guest must pay any price difference.

Cancellation conditions for group bookings - up to 5 apartments
The booking can be cancelled 4 weeks before arrival without penalty. The number of apartments can be changed once 14 days and the exact number of guests 7 days before arrival. After that, all modifications are 2.500.- HUF/occasion.

The booking can be cancelled 12 weeks before arrival without penalty. The number of apartments can be changed once 28 days and the exact guests of people 7 days before arrival. After that, all modifications are 2.500.- HUF/occasion.

The booking can be cancelled 4 weeks before arrival without penalty. It is not possible to reduce the number of the apartments - in this case, the price in the offer must be paid. The exact number of guests can be changed once 7 days before arrival. After that, all modifications are 2.500.- HUF/occasion.
Guest complaint, observation
- Please signal your complaints or observations in each case, either in the Guestbook, which can be found at the Reception, or send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- We will investigate every written complaint, and take the necessary steps to stop the source of complaints.
- The Accomodation is not responsible for outages of public utility, WIFI, or cableTV service.
Bicycle rental information
- We only provide bicycle renting for our Guests.
- The bicycles must be returned in a clean, dry state, upon the end of the rental period.
- The daily rental fee is in effect until 9 AM the next morning, the rented bicycles should be returned until that time.
- The re-rent of the bicycles are available during the reception’s business hours (8AM-5PM, every day), after the previous rental period expires.
- Forehand renting is available, but since our stock is limited, please collate the number of bicycles needed and the date of rental, in advance.
- The rental fee is included in the total bill, which is to be paid before departure.
- If the bicycle is damaged, or is returned incomplete, the Guest must compensate the price of repairment, as well as the price of the missing or damaged component.
- Anyone underaged can only rent bicycle by the presence of an adult.
- We can provide tools of safe bicycle traffic for our Guests, such as prisms, lights (2 pcs), bell, safety vests.
- We can guarantee the following items for a safe and comfortable journey: lock for each bicycle, tire repairing tools, pump, memory foam set cover in a bag.
- Bicycle rental fee: 4.000.- HUF/piece/day
Regulations regarding safety, hygiene, equal opportunities, other rules
- Please contact us, if anyone is restricted in his/her movement, so we can arrange the reservation on the ground floor.
- Reservation and lodging is only possible if the reservation contains at least one person above 18 years of age.
- For the damages caused by any guest under 18 years, their parents or the adult aged person is responsible.
- In the area of the Accomodation, people under 18 years of age, cannot drink or smoke, not even in the designated smoking area.
- The Accomodation does not take responsibility for any valuable left at the Accomodation – with exception for those items, that were handed over for safeguarding at the reception.
- There is a possibility, to hand over personal valuables at the reception, in a sealed envelope with the Guest’s name on it, placed inside a safe deposit box. Please indicate your need of safekeeping to our staff!
- Across the area of the Accomodation, 11 security cameras were installed, watching the public places of the Accomodation, for the safety of our Guests and our staff.
- Guest are kindly requested to inform our staff of the use of their own electrical appliance.
- Our reception closes 5PM every day. Please use the gate next to the Bath’s entrance.
- The Guest’s responsibility is to keep the key of the apartment unit’s door. If that key is lost or damaged, the excess charge of that is 5.000.- HUF, which has to be paid by the Guest.
- The Guest’s responsibility is the apartment unit, and the Guest has to close it with the key. For any damages caused by omission, the Accomodation is not responsible.
- According to the fire-protection regulations, smoking and the use of naked light is PROHIBITED, fire alarms are installed in the area of the Accomodation. IQOS and electric cigarettes are PROHIBITED in the rooms.
- Smoking is possible only in the designated smoking area.
- Please do not replaces furnitures in the apartment!
- It is not possible to take any furniture or equipment from the area of the apartment unit outside, or to the area of the Thermal Bath and Spa.
- In case of any activity made by our Guest, that can be punished by fine, the Accomodation is authorized to devolute the total amount of the fine onto the wrongdoer Guest.
- Any accidents or injuries must be reported at the reception, or to the manager of the Accomodation.
- After 10 PM, it is forbidden to make loud noises, or to disturb the other Guests’ rest.
- The Accomodation does not accept house pets, not even for a fee.
- Please place your waste in the waste containers, separate waste collector in the area of the Accomodation.
- Please use the Accomodation and its equipment as intended, accordingly to the hygienic norms.
- The Guests must not enter the staff areas. For any damages or injuries, the Accomodation is not responsible.
- For any injury of damage caused by the not intended use of the Accomodation or its equipment, the Accomodation is not responsible.
- The Guest is obliged to compensate any damages caused.
- Please, close the doors and windows when using the air-conditioner - otherwise 5.000.- HUF additional fee must be paid.
- Temperature can be set between 20 and 24 Celsius degrees with the termostats. The heating temperature can be set between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius, while the cooling temperature can be set between 22 and 25 degrees Celsius. The system switches based on the outside temperature.
- Bicycles must not be stored in the apartment, otherwise, 5.000.- HUF additional fee is payable.
Extraordinary service termination, refusal
- If the guest cannot fulfill the advance paying obligation until the given date, or does not settle the bill on the site;
- If the Guest does not leave the accomodation until 10 AM ont he day of departure, and did not sign the need of late check-out;
- If the Guest does not use the Accomodation or its equipment accordingly;
- If the Guest is under influence of any drugs or alcohol, or does any action which disturbs the other Guests or the staff of the Accomodation;
- If the Guest ignores the safety and fire regulations, putting the other Guests or the staff at danger;
- If the Guest enters the Thermal Bath and Spa or uses its pools after its business hours;
- If the Guest does not fulfill the rules inculded in the House Regulations the Accomodation is authorized to refuse the services, and terminate it with immedate effect.

The Guest, by finalizing the reservation, has read and fully accepted the terms and regulations.
